Unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to transport, the Company’s liability for loss or damage is limited to:

In the absence of written agreement for increased cover, the standard liability limit applies regardless of the vehicle’s actual or declared value.
The Company does not accept unlimited liability under any circumstances.
8. Insurance

9. Subcontracted Transport
The Company reserves the right to subcontract vehicle movements to vetted and approved transport partners. Subcontracted carriers operate under their own insurance policies and transport conditions. In such cases, the Company acts as a transport coordinator.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control including but not limited to traffic, weather, breakdowns, accidents, port delays, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events.

Where applicable, the Company can arrange customs documentation and clearance services. Any import duties, VAT, taxes, or official government charges remain the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid in advance where required.
12. Damage Claims Procedure
Any damage claim must:

The Company is not liable for mechanical faults, electrical faults, alarm issues, tyre pressure loss, battery failure, suspension faults, convertible roof faults, or pre-existing defects unless caused directly by proven negligence during transport.
13. Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A booking is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by the Company.
Deposit Requirement

Deposits confirm commitment to the booking and cover administration, planning, scheduling, and vehicle allocation. Deposits are non-refundable except where the Company cancels the booking.

Failure to Provide Vehicle
If the Customer fails to make the vehicle available at the agreed time and location, this will be treated as a late cancellation and charges may apply accordingly.
Company Cancellation
If the Company cancels a booking, all monies paid will be refunded unless cancellation is due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the Customer.
14. Storage & Redelivery Charges
